Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Contact@SaintAurelius.com, including photos of the problem, so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged items will be replaced free of charge on the first shipment.

If the problem persists after two replacement attempts, a full refund will be issued.
