Terms and Conditions of Use – Santo Aurélio
Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Reflection period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right to reflection.

Consumer: The natural person who is not engaged in the exercise of a profession or commercial activity and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Distance contract: Contract relating to products and/or services concluded remotely, without the simultaneous physical presence of the consumer and the entrepreneur.

Durable medium: Any medium that allows information to be stored in a way that can be consulted later without modification.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel the distance contract within the reflection period.

Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers.

Distance communication technology: Any method used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same location.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

The text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer before the conclusion of the distance contract.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the terms will be provided in a form that allows the consumer to store them on a durable medium.
If this is not possible, the terms will be sent free of charge upon request.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer is subject to a limited validity period or specific conditions, this will be clearly indicated.

Each offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only; therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed exactly match the actual colors of the product.

Article 9 – Price

During the validity period indicated in the offer, product prices will not be increased, except in the case of changes resulting from tax adjustments or legally imposed fees.

The prices shown do not include import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the consumer.

Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the contract and specifications indicated in the proposal.

The legal warranty applies in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged products.
Any defect must be reported by the consumer within 14 days of delivery.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

The entrepreneur will take due care in processing and delivering product orders.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer within the deadline indicated in the offer.
In case of delay or unavailability of the product, the consumer will be informed and will be able to terminate the contract with a full refund.

Article 12 – Payment

All amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 days after order confirmation.

The consumer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided.

Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be submitted within 7 days of identifying the problem and must be described completely and clearly.

The entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

Article 14 – Applicable Law

All contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed exclusively by Brazilian legislation.
