We currently deliver throughout France.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. After payment confirmation, our estimated delivery times are:
Metropolitan areas: 5 to 10 business days
Remote areas: 7 to 15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as strikes, high season periods, customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to track delivery.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected.
During special promotions, free shipping may be offered and will be clearly indicated in the promotion details.
5. Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You will be able to track your order via the La Poste website or the website of the selected carrier.
6. Delivery address
Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct and complete.
Saint Aurelius is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

8. Return due to delivery failure
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery attempt.
Any additional reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
